Returns

We're bummed you didn't absolutely love your purchase, but here's the good news: returns are FREE within 20 days of purchase for most items in new, unworn condition. We do not accept the return of any items that are worn, damaged after receiving, washed, or altered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial. All original packaging and tags must be attached. Customer must include the order packing slip with the return.

  • All swim is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged
  • Two piece clothing sets, including both a top and a bottom, must be returned or exchanged as a set, not individual
  • All items in the sale section are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • All items in the clearance section are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an item? In the event that you are not satisfied, we are happy to provide a USPS return shipping label to send your item(s) back to us! Please email us at support@knitandlounge.com to get you a label as fast as possible. Pack the item(s) that you would like to return along with the order packing slip and attached the prepaid label. Once your return arrives at Knit & Lounge, the processing time can take 5-7 business days to complete. You will be notified via email when your return has been process and a refund is issued. We process your return requests Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.

What will the refund method for my return be? Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

How long do I have to return an item after submitting my request in the return portal? After 21 days from the date that you generated your return label, it will be marked as void if not yet dropped off to the courier.

Modified Return Policy: If you return more than $1,000 in a 12 month period you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Can I make a return using my own shipping label? No need we handle this for you, and we will provide you with the label.
